In this couple’s review of Tobacco Caye Paradise, it begins on a beautiful, sunny day in Belize.
The couple arrived at a café by the beach, waiting for their boat to take them to the tiny Caribbean island of Tobacco Caye.
The friendly staff greeted the couple and offered them refills of coffee as they waited. Soon, they were on their way to the island, taking in the stunning open water views and even spotting dolphins swimming nearby.
The organizer greeted them upon their arrival at the island, having organized everything for their stay.
All Inclusive Over Water Bungalows Caribbean
The couple checked into a brightly painted overwater bungalow, which was named after a fish. Inside, they found the bungalow simply furnished with a double bed, chair, and set of drawers. From their private balcony, they enjoyed breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The couple also had their own private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The terrace offered beautiful views of the reef.
They enjoyed a delicious lunch of clam chowder, fritter bread, salad, and watermelon. The cost of their stay included all meals.
After lunch, they took a tour of the island resort, starting with the dining room. There was a station available with coffee, juices, teas, and filtered water that guests could help themselves to at any time. There was also a bar on the island, where the couple enjoyed drinks and met some of the other guests.
In the evenings, there was live music and a bonfire on the beach.
The couple also spent time snorkeling and exploring the beautiful coral reefs, and even spotted a stingray. They even took a trip to a nearby island to visit a Mayan ruin.
As the days passed, the couple fully embraced the laid-back island lifestyle. They spent their days lounging on the beach, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, and enjoying the delicious meals provided by the resort. It was the perfect tropical getaway, and they couldn’t wait to come back someday.
